While having my cup of coffee in the evening, A thought came to my mind about Innovation. To bring Innovation in personal life or in an organisation you need creative ideas and ideas comes when your are relaxing and not while you are working under pressure, under great stress. The greatest model of innovation and creativity is small kids,Just look at how many ideas they come up with in a day and most of them do not live their life under stress, they are living their life in prsent moment.Current society thinks its a waste of time to take a day off or a hours off to relax but one idea that is what is required to change the personal ife or the organisation or take your life to the next step. The best thing is to Relax and think ,Relax and think and have a paper and pen with you coz when you get a idea right down, people say i remember the idea but generally we dont rememebr.Every single person on the planet has creative potential. When you use your creativity may be in business ,in life thats the most happiest moment.relaxation drives innovation. So relax and think.

Things that makes your Life

1 . Keep that wallet in your pocket. Time is money and money is time – don’t spend either without a good reason.

2. Tell someone that they’re doing good work and that you appreciate it. Then tell their boss about it.

3. Take a step towards one of your goals. You have goals, right? If you don’t know what the next step is, figure it out – that in itself is a big step.

4. Laugh out loud, and make someone else do the same.

5. Tell someone you love them. Your mother, your wife, your child, a person who influenced your life a ton – whoever you love.

6. Do something unexpectedly kind for someone else, just to help them out.

If I can do all of these things today, and tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that – then I’m in the process of living a truly rich life.

There Are No Ordinary People

We are all cut from the same cloth. The great leaders were once considered ordinary. Until an idea came to them about how things could be better. That idea transformed how they saw the world. And then they acted on that idea, day by day, week by week, month by month and year by year. Until the world eventually saw them as extraordinary.

“I’ve seen extreme bravery from the least likely of people. Life is about the moments when it’s all gone wrong. That’s when we define ourselves,” observed Bear Grylls, star of Man vs. Wild TV show.

To call yourself ordinary is to play victim – I suggest. To say you can’t Lead Without Title at work and innovate and inspire and wow clients is to avoid the power that resides within you. To make excuses for not being as passionate/loving/brilliant as you can be is to close your eyes to the call on your life.

So today, walk out into the world as the person who you truly are. That’s what leadership is about. That’s what authentic success is about. In my mind, that’s what being fully human is all about.

i was thinking that every thing that happens in life has meaning,a purpose,a lesson to teach. If you dont learn from those situations ,the situations come in to your life with more pain.
